Let's talk about how little doses can make big changes in our day to day lives. There are a wide range of opinions around what a microdose is and what kind of effects they have. Come explore and integrate the changes that these mighty little psychedelics are bringing to your daily experience.

Please bring relevant stories, poems, artwork to share. We also recommend showing up with a curious attitude and open mind.

Join Altered States Integration in a safe online space to talk about altered states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelics and/or spiritual emergence.
